Scottish Older People’s Taskforce; REHIS Elementary Food and Health course; foodwork in working families; exploring how community food initiatives are responding to the need for emergency food aid. This issue also includes an insert launching our annual development fund and outlining what last year’s recipients of the fund have been up to.

CFHS commission Cyrenians Good Food to adapt Good Food Handbook
We have recently commissioned the Cyrenians Good Food programme to adapt a selection of its Good Food Handbook recipes to support the availability of pictorial recipes. These will be available on the Cyrenians Good Food website later in 2013. The current Good Food handbook is available at http://cyrenians.scot/community-and-food/good-food/food-ed/
Plans for accessible food and health resources on our website
We are currently making plans to develop part of our website to provide information about, and links to, quality accessible food and health resources or pictorial recipes. These will be suitable for those planning to run cooking skills activities with adults with learning disabilities, but might also be useful with other groups.
