New South Asian Nutrition resources available
NDR-UK has recently introduced South Asian Nutrition’s (SAN) resources.
Dedicated to providing easily accessible, evidence-based nutritional information, the SAN range gives practical culturally sensitive dietary advice for South Asian populations. The range of 13 different titles is available in English, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil and Urdu language versions, and includes topics such as healthy eating, heart health and diabetes, with advice for specific dietary concerns such as meal and snack ideas, calcium and iron intake.
