Twelve people (specialist dietitians, voluntary sector and NHS staff) from across seven NHS board areas attended this roundtable discussion, including representatives from the Scottish Commission for Learning Disability (SCLD) and the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS).
The group carried out a mapping exercise and discussed what they thought was going well or less well around this type of work. Work going well included good partnership working in some areas and attracting people with learning disabilities to take part in food activities by providing more holistic or social activities.
