Winter Support Small Grant Fund
This Scottish Government fund has reopened for applications, with a closing date of 2 February. The Corra Foundation is encouraging applications as soon as possible, as it may close earlier than this if a high number of applications are received. More information on the Corra Foundation website.

Climate Action Hubs
The Scottish Government has supported the development of two Climate Action hubs; one run by Thurso Community Development Trust and covering activities in the North Highlands and Islands, and the other run by Aberdeen Climate Action, covering Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. New healthy eating resource for BSL users
The Eatwell Guide is now available on the NHS Inform website as a series of eight videos featuring the different food groups and recommendations on how to maintain a healthy, balanced and nutritious diet. There are also Keeping Active guidelines, which comprise four videos with advice for all ages on how to keep healthy physical activity activities.

Vouchers for cooking groups
Quality Meat Scotland are offering community cooking groups in Scotland a £50 voucher in order to buy quality red meat to use as part of cooking classes. You can apply for a voucher here.

The Scottish Best Start foods programme is extending eligibility to British children aged under three whose parent or guardian meets the financial eligibility criteria but does not have a qualifying benefit due to having no access to public funds. More information is available on the MyGov website.
