Plunkett Scotland launches new Frontline service to Scottish rural communities

The Plunkett Foundation is launching its new service to promote community ownership and co-operative enterprise in Scotland.  Funded by the Prince’s Countryside Fund and managed by Plunkett Scotland, the new service will inspire rural communities to create community enterprises to improve access to rural services in Scotland.

Community Retailing Network merges with Plunkett Foundation
