Kindness, emotions and human relationships: The blind spot in public policy

This report has been  written by Carnegie Fellow, Julia Unwin CBE, and informed by a series of roundtables and events across the UK.

This report brings together all that Carnegie have learnt over the last two years. It acknowledges the strong arguments against kindness, but argues that the great public policy challenges of our time demand an approach that is more centred on human relationships.

The report is available to download from the Carnegie Trust website.
