The Eat Well Age Well team is currently touring across Scotland to promote its Small Ideas, Big Impact fund, which is due to launch on 1 October 2018.
This fund has been specifically designed so that individuals, community groups, social enterprises, charities and public-sector workers can test out their ideas around the theme of older people living well via food. £50-£5000 will be available to applicants.
