People’s Health Trust – Active Communities Fund
Active Communities is a funding programme for community groups and not-for-profit organisations, with an income of less than £350,000 a year or an average of £350,000 over two years and for projects seeking investment of between £5,000 and £50,000 for projects lasting up to two years. Different UK areas are open for funding at different times of the year.
