Anticipatory Care consultation

NHS Health Scotland will lead and co-ordinate a programme of work in 2009/2010 to support the development of partnerships between Community and Voluntary Sector (CVS) organisations and Anticipatory Care (AC) programmes in Scotland. The aim of the partnerships is to enhance the outcomes of Anticipatory Care in reaching and enhancing the health of people within the population target group.

A consultation is being undertaken on a paper outlining the proposed plan of work. This paper is available from www.healthscotland.com/documents/3314.aspx along with details of how to feed back, and comments. Suggestions from the community and voluntary sector would be greatly appreciated.
