Would you like to be part of a new CFHS 18-month long cooking skills study group?
The group will work together to discuss and critically appraise the approaches they use in their cooking skills courses and carry out thorough evaluation and analyse the results. The group will focus on and compare two popular course activities; eating a meal together at the end of a cooking session or ensuring that participants have made a meal to take home with them.
Each organisation will be able to apply for up to £1500 to contribute to the costs of being involved in the group. The closing date for applications is Monday 7 September.
